Calvin Lashley has been a resident of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina since early childhood. He is a graduate of Northwest Halifax High School. Mr. Lashley is currently employed with Kapstone Paper and Packaging Company in Roanoke Rapids (formerly International Paper). He was formerly employed with tlhe Roanoke Rapids Fire Department for 12 years. Upon his leaving, he held the ranking of Shift Lieutenant. He is married to Karen Lashley, and they have three lovely daughters, Shontae, Amber, and Raven. Mr. Lashley is a member of the Masonic Lodge PHA of Jackson Square #700 of Jackson, NC. He is also a member of the Evangilistic Church of Deliverance in Weldon, NC, where he serves as a Security Officer. He enjoys golfing and carpentry.
